Bookings & Payments

Prices are based on the type of cleaning and number of rooms, as detailed on our site.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
Cancellations made the day of service will incur a $50 fee.
Service Guarantee
We aim to ensure your satisfaction and will re-clean any missed areas if notified within 24 hours of service completion.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to property or belongings
